I was just wondering if everyone can see the rectangle box with the black screen behind their heads up display? Here a few pictures of what I'm talking about and I just want to make sure everyone is seeing the same with theirs or if I need to have mine looked at by the dealer. The brightness is not even all the way up and I don't recall seeing that rectangle screen before?

I appreciate any help in advance.

in general, I cannot see the black box that is the whole HUD display. However, when the lighting is just right, usually when its dark outside but suddenly there is bright light somewhere, then I will momentarily see it. I think its normal as its constantly adjusting its brightness to match ambient light
