man, just test drove the cls450 today.... drives great, nice and planted feels heavier/more stable than my e300 for sure.... would have been nice if the my e300 drove like a cls450 like it should, instead of a elongated c class haha! The grunt on the sports+ makes it like an AMGGGG

We are very happy with our 2019 CLS. And I agree, it drives very nice with the bit of a growl….

Kind of unfair comparison between a E300 and CLS450. The CLS should be more exhilarating to drive. It's really apples and oranges. No offense, but if you wanted a car that drives like a 450, the E300 wasn't the right car to buy. It's a great car, but you can't compare it to a 450, not the E450 or the CLS450.

Really like the frame-less back-up mirror as well, nice sleek design, like the newer TVs. The silver matte wood does look really nice in person as well and even though it is matte, the silver gives a nice shine/luster to it unlike the other matte wood trims, which is too dry for my taste.. Will consider the CLS450 once my lease is up.... 2 years away lol. Hopefully, by then the lease payments won't be twice the payment of my E300... but won't hold my breath.

I saw that silver matte wood in the showroom yesterday on the car. I liked it a lot. Since I have aluminum trim, I was wondering if that would make a better match than the matte black center console...assuming the same piece fits in the E class. I'm not partial to the high gloss black.
