No. They fedexed all the paperwork for her to sign and I have it with me. She doesn’t really care all that much about it. I’m more excited than she is so I’m making the trip solo.

LOL about being the excited one. I'm the one in our family who gets excited the most. My husband and I have been together 38 years. I'm the one who does all the negotiating and options decisions. He just comes to sign the papers. And I'm the one responsible for reading the owners manual cover to cover so I can tell him how things work. Staring with an E450 and E63 is an incredible way to join the Mercedes family!!
My detail guy, showed up before 8 this morning to detail the new car with Collinite wax. He's been working on my car now for 2.5 hours and still has more to do. I'll take pics when it's finished:

I read the manuals on everything. I'm also the keeper of all things electronic in our home. I'm level 7 on Apple Discussion forum and for fun, I help people with their iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch issues.
Congrats. On the train heading down to DC from NYC to get my 450. Ordered an e63 back in May but who knows when that will come in. Hopefully next month I hear. Will make the same trip again.

I've got both a E63 AMG and the E450 now. If it's a wagon you have on order you can cancel it and buy my car. It's a Cardinal Red Wagon with the nut brown interior.

ITS IN! ITS IN! ITS IN! Got the call from Kareem, my sales guy and the car is there. It will take a day for them to prep; unfortunately they are closed Sundays and won't be done till late Monday. Tuesdays is supposed to be a horrendous rainy day, so I arraigned to pick it up noon next Wednesday. It will be cold (48 degrees), but dry.
Hopefully, they will send me a picture before I pick it up so I can initially post it.

They're about 25 miles away ( got the best deal with them). I had 3 dealerships to choose from. If the urge is great I could drive there, but I see it like Christmas. The anticipation of those 3 days will make it even sweeter. Now that I know the end game, it makes it easier.

LOLOLOL!!!! I'm afraid you are now seeing the machinations of the hopelessly OCD! Knowing the new E450 would be coming home soon, last Saturday, I mopped the garage floor. It's not easy being me, no it's not!

drove her the 230 miles back from DC. What a great car. Incredibly smooth ride. Nice power, especially in the S and S plus. Did not pay much attention to the road as I was playing with all of the settings and buttons as I drove. Very happy.

Glad you like it. Be a bit careful as it's recommended you drive her in Comfort or Eco for the first 1,000 miles. Other than that enjoy and let your wife drive it while you wait for your E63. Pics are a requirement, so we'll expect to see some no later than tomorrow!!!!

Thanks for posting these additional ones. I've been eagerly waiting to see more. That color is amazing. And seeing the two parked side by side is quite nice as well.
