I would hate to be denied self defense options. My family has been attacked in tourist zones during the day on too many occasions in Savannah, GA, Charleston, SC and St. Petersburg, Russia. One member was murdered in an armed robbery while at work (never solved). I would not wish to be unarmed and/or unprotected in public. That said, I never leave my car parked unattended on the street. Police are a reactive force. They solve crime, not prevent it.

Not what you look for in a comedy show...miss those chicken jokes, do ya? Those black comedians talking about black rights and politics; who do they think they are? White comedians never talk politics; right? Of course, the greatest comedian today is that white guy on the Hill. In case you hadn't noticed, most comedians respond to all the great material given to them by this "joker" who believes in his gut.

hefty bill but then the simple repair to the rear bumper of mine was 723 euro and a replacement windscreen for a loan c class was 995 euro.....
i have been very surprised how the bonus malus works here against the no claims bonus system in the uk. Any claim where the insurers cannot reclaim their costs results in loss of ncb whereas here it seems it is only fault claims result in loss of bonus malus. The franchise are steep though.....mine is 575 euro though 800 is even worse!
Another of lifes little lessons though not one of its better ones.
6 weeks and Eur 9.300 (yes that's nine thousand, three hundred) later, all is well again!
And it "only" cost us 800 eur for the insurance franchise.
Plus am happy to report nobody got shot during the process.
