It really depends on how you plan to use the camera(s). Good cameras are all wired. I have a set of Thinkware cameras (not installed). There are many posts regarding cameras and their W213 installation by Egonvdv.

Blackvue and Thinkware are the best brands. If you want the cameras to record parking events, a wired connection to an ignition switched circuit in the rear fuse panel located in the trunk is required.

We have the Thinkware F800 Pro and the Blackvue DR900S 4K. Keep in mind that the Thinkware price is often listed without the rear camera unlike blackvue 2 channel cams.
The Thinkware is better build and i like the software better; the Blackvue has a better front camera and better parking modes. Night recording on the Thinkware is better though.
There are some other dashcam threads here on this forum. Do a search for more input. Good luck!

I have F770 front and rear installed. They work great. Keep in mind if you have the rear auto sunshade, you'll need to have the rear dashcam installed a bit lower than the edge of the roofliner and glass. This is needed so the shade mechanism doesn't hit the camera. Its a bit of an eye sore if you don't have tinted rear windows. Otherwise, I find it perfectly fine.
