I took my 2018 E400 Coupe in for Service A on Wednesday and while there I happened to mention the squeaking sound coming from my Pano roof and also a clicking/rattle sound coming from the back deck. Additionally, I asked them to update the COMAND software which they are doing, due to a significant lag in using NAV or changing presets after a cold start of the car. Service A is complete $225.00 for reference in San Diego, Pano roof seals were lubricated. They stated they have to download the latest COMAND software to their machine, then upload it to my car. What's interesting is the rattle I thought was coming from the back deck, they identified as coming from the rear struts, which they have on order to replace. Car has ~9200 miles. Still waiting to hear when I can pick the car up. Posted in case anyone else encounters similar issues.
