Ambient light does not work

hey,i have a question,i bought a new car,a mercedes e class 250 2018(w213) and i got a problem with it
when i want to start the ambient light i can customize the colour and the efect but i can't turn up the brightness,it will go right back to 0% brightness, and i can't even turn it on even for a second to see if is working
How can i use it? Did i do something wrong? Please let me know fast 🙏🏻

It's under warranty. Take it into your local dealership and have it fixed.
