Every once in a while, the navigation and entertainment systems on my 2017 E213 act up. Today, the voice commands stopped working and the radio station couldn’t be changed. At other times you can enter a navigation voice command but the car is clueless and responds with a destination which bears no resemblance to what you said. . Usually if you wait a while—anywhere from an hour to several hours— it returns to normal. That’s what happened today. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m wondering if it could be an Internet connection issue or if there’s an intermittent defect in my car.
