Burmester doesn’t play loud
I have ordered the new E300de plugin hybrid with Burmester.
had a 2018 loaner for a few hours, and it seems like the system doesn’t play loud enough. I tried to set volume on the phone at maximum, but it seems the volume on phone mirrors volume on the comand system. Adjusting volume on phone, changes the volume in COMAND.
In my w205 the phone Bluetooth volume was at max, and the system played really loud.
Any hints?
The adjust volume automatically was turned off.

Thanks. That was my understanding as well. But when I connected the phone, and changed volume on the phone, it changed volume on screen. Do you have the phone connected only via Bluetooth or via usb-lightning cable?

Are you talking about the high-end (3-D) Burmester? It has an option for "volume correction" that attempts to equalize the volume from different sources. Unchecking it makes a big difference.
