Phone Call Quality
Hello everyone. New 2020 E350 owner here. Since day 1, my wife had been complaining about the quality of my voice when I'm in the E350. I've tried just Bluetooth connection as well as using Apple Car Play (Apple genuine cable) but my voice is very either faint, static, and/or choppy as in she hears like every other word. I have also noticed that when I'm speaking to other people, they ask me to repeat myself so I'm assuming it's the same reason.
Is anyone else having the same issue?
I don't think my phone is an issue as we didn't have this problem with my previous car.

I need to do the same thing with mine - everyone complains about call quality and it was really good in my E Class.

i had this problem in my 2018 E class after an update of comand (worked great for 2 years til that point)
they changed microphones which didn't work and in the end replaced the whole comand which did the trick.
