How can i get new maps ??

I bought the car yesterday and seems to be the original map from late 2017

On current models the update is pushed to you OTA. There is also a menu item to check for updates. I'm not sure about the 2019 models. 2018 models and prior must be updated by the dealer typically once a year.

On cars with Comand Online the maps can also be downloaded and installed by the owner.

It looks like you are located in Europe. Model years are different in North America vs. Europe. Here the model years start in the later part of the previous year, so the 2019 E63S started selling in 2018. The differentiator is whether the car uses the new Mercedes Me connect online platform or the old mBrace. The former has owner updatable maps, either via OTA or download, the latter requires a dealer visit to update the maps. For the USA, the switch to Mercedes Me connect happened with MY2019.
There are some differences between different markets, and as you might have noticed the OP are located in Sweden (Europe). US lacks some funcitonality compared to europe..
My car is a 2018 produced in 2017 and put on hold on the factory for several months because of the brake fail issue they had on a lot of AMGs late in 2017.
