ELW not cover for crankcase partial load vavle vent replacement.

ELW not cover for crankcase partial load vavle vent replacement.
Hello everyone.
At first sorry for my bad English. I purchased my car last year and until today ( the original warranty expired ) I still have a 3 year ELW. After I drop off my car at the dealer for the engine light check they said the car need to be replace the crankcase partial load valve vent and it’s not the part that the ELW cover. I have no idea what it is but it seem like a valve that connect to the engine. So as long as it’s a part of the engine it should be cover by the ELW. Is the dealer right to refuse that cover?

Thanks for your advice. My car do maintenance at the dealership too cause I have a prepaid service maintenance. Check engine light come on 1 month after the service maintenance. I also contacted Mercedes Benz and was told ELW not cover everything, some parts they do, some they don’t. And they end up that I have to pay for it.
