Sos not ready and red battery light
Hi, I am a new owner of a used 2019 E-class 200e. I recently noticed an error message "SOS not ready" on the top right of my infotainment screen.
There is also a red battery sign with a cross next to the SOS error message
I have never had such a "smart" car before and I have no idea if this is something urgent that need to be fixed immediately, or its something everyone encounters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be that you, your car and your phone are all located in an area that has no cellular reception, perhaps you could try driving to a different place to see? That battery if I am not mistaken should be the battery of your mobile phone. I believe it turns red when your phone gets below 30% charge.
