Leaking windshield viper fluid.
Leaking windshield wiper fluid on the garage floor, also getting the message Low Washer Fluid level, 2019 E-450 Wagon, 19,000 miles.
Anybody know the cost for repairs? (Either new tank, new pump, whatever)
The Indy shop said it may not be covered by the extended warranty as they could say it is a maintenance item..😳
No way to maintain the tank or the pump..
A few YouTube videos on of the same problem on 212 and 211, nothing on 213, yet.

I remember there was a thread on this topic, so you might do a search.
If you have an limited extended warranty from Mercedes, I cannot imagine this problem not being covered.
Just checked my LEW from Mercedes. There is an exclusion clause, basically for wear and tear items, section 5.3. The windshield washer is not mentioned. Section 6 list specifically what is not covered. The windshield washer is not mentioned.
Based on my reading of my LEW the windshield washer is covered.
Hope this helps

not penny pinching
save your time... pay your indy $1Hr fee to replace the 50¢ tank seal in 20mn - Then when the big maintenance shows up you will be better served.
that's win-win!

My extended warranty is not from Mercedes, aftermarket but bumper to bumper, never used it before, hopefully this will pay for some of the $2,350.
Wear and tear items should be shocks, tires, windshield vipers, etc, but a windshield wiper fluid reservoir or pump?
Anyways, I will present the problems to the MB dealer, if he will just pick up the phone or return my messages
Also dealing with the Indy shop, but so far not very helpful over the phone.
Stay tuned..

I had a similar leak as well as the concern that a trip to the dealership might yield a $500 bill and an explanation why it wasn't a warranty issue . . .
It took about 30 minutes to get to the pump and replace it. Pulling the trim clips is the 2nd most nerve wracking part, first being the 10s delay for the car to recognize the new pump. I didn't end up buying the OEM pump and had to chuckle when I pulled the original, broken one to see "made in China".
My experience

Did you take any pictures from the surgery?
Plug and play or did you have to fumble around in the dark laying down with a flashlight in your mouth?
(I had boats all my life and used to working in tight spaces, but never worked on a car with a jam-packed engine compartment like the S213,)
I did fin the pump on the internet for $23.
