from what i understand it will not. since the part number for the AMG cars and non AMG cars is different.

the better question is which version is it. And the only difference b/n AMG and non-AMG version is that the non-amg is more sensitive since they don't expect the car to have as much hp behind it. The AMG version is dialed down to be a bit slower in reaction time. At least this was for the first version which I had on my 05 C230. This may have changed on the newer version but i don't believe so from what I've read on their website
