FS: C43 engine/transmission

Alright guys, I'm going through with a "55" swap on my C43 so I have my 4.3L M113 engine and 722.631 5spd transmission for sale. Here's all the info I have to the best of my knowledge:

-159k on engine/trans
-no leaks (I had valve cover gaskets, oil cooler gaskets, pans, front cover, rear main all checked/replaced in the last 5k miles with receipts)
-Trans fluid/filter changed at 140k, shifts well
-*Updated Info* No noise from the engine!!
-My car currently runs/drives great and I daily it so I would keep this setup if I had the space.

This is a complete long block and transmission only. I am keeping any accessories (a/c compressor, p/s pump, etc) I need for my swap. Buyer can have whatever I don't use. I'm asking $1000obo for everything. Local southern Ca pickup only since I don't want to deal with shipping. It's coming out of my car this weekend so it will be available for pickup after. I wanted to update this with new info. Motor is out and it is confirmed that the noise was from the power steering pump. Engine and trans are confirmed to be in excellent shape.
