The car does have Renntech catless downpipes (not turboback). 3" and coated. Wasn't planning on pulling them off, due to the 'effort' and cost involved, but if you really want them, we may be able to work something out. You can probably buy brand new ones for just north of 1k these days, which I'm sure you're aware of. These were significantly more....they are beautiful pipes, but only pipes. lol

What's the story with the ECU?

Has to be programmed by a dealer I assume?

No. Hand it to your tuner. They can clone original ECU to this one. Then they can load whatever tune you want onto this one. Boom...two working ecus for your car.

Im not familiar with that design only the turbo back.Do they offer any actual gains? Im honestly not trying to spend much more than 1k as I dont plan on keeping the car for more than maybe another year I havent found anything new for less than $1600

I did before and after Dyno on my AWD car... same dyno, conditions, etc. 585awhp to 620awhp. No torque numbers. Could you get more turboback? Probably. Just wasn't worth the install for me. My car ran 10.9 at 129 consistently...not sure how much quicker you would get going turboback.

Bringing the car in tomorrow and they will start pulling off aftermarket parts. I'll get an estimate for pulling these off, and reinstalling the old ones. Might be able to save you some money here...let me find out what my cost would be and I'll hit you up tomorrow. Can't imagine it being too much at all.
