Taking car in for warranty issues
Have three issues with my EQS SUV:
1. Driver seat moves (noticeable when accelerating or braking)
2. When someone sits in middle row, I keep getting error that seat not locked during turns
3. Rear wiper fluid doesn't come out
Any one else with these issues or others to look out for?

For third issue, has the rear washer system ever worked? Did you hold the rear wiper switch down long enough for the washer fluid to get to the back of the car? As I recall, I held the switch down longer when I first tried the rear wiper.

For second issue, did you try pulling the switches near the tailgate opening to fully lock the seats in the raised position? I had the opposite problem where the warning message was telling me that the seats were not fully lowered when I was transporting some large boxes.
For third issue, has the rear washer system ever worked? Did you hold the rear wiper switch down long enough for the washer fluid to get to the back of the car? As I recall, I held the switch down longer when I first tried the rear wiper.

Held the rear wiper switch down for a minute and still no wiper fluid. It never worked since car purchase.

looks like driver seat moving is a common complaint, I am another unlucky owner with this issue. Moreover the fix for this is not straightforward. The dealer tried to dissemble and tighten the nuts, but the problem came back. They then ordered an entire railing assembly , which took 4 weeks to arrive. However the dealer could not install it properly after trying for a week. They asked me to see an external seat specialist. I am still running around with this annoying problem
