Heated steering wheel
Anybody else with the heated steering wheel option unable to get it to function? Voice command states function not available and it doesn’t work when linked to the heated seat function. The steering wheel on the center console shows red but there is no concomitant icon on the instrument panel and the wheel remains cold.

Ask Hey Mercedes to turn on the heated steering wheel and if your EQS does not have one she will tell you it is not available on your vehicle. She can be brutally honest! 😊

If that’s the case, just take it to the dealer asap.

Yep, have it listed as an independent option and linked with a checkmark to my heated seat function. That screen shows a heated wheel in red but no confirmatory icon on the instrument panel and no warmth to the steering wheel. Weird.

I'm pretty sure it was the EQS but could have been the Tesla S I sold or even the S560. I was startled when she responded 'your welcome".
