Did MB update the battery management software?
Just did a 185 mile trip at 65 mph at around 20 degrees, light snow and stiff winds and got 325 actual range! Surprisingly the AC eco function worked stellarly in its highest setting without a hint of fogging the whole way. Paint me very pleased.

This morning, the temperature was a frigid 4 degrees here and and the car showed a range of 150 miles. As soon as I changed the climate control to ECO++, it shot up to 180 miles. And I noticed when I was driving that the range was decreasing considerably slower than when I had the climate control set to Comfort.
The air coming out of the vents was rather chilly since it was so frigid outside, but with the heated seat, it wasn’t bad. I’m going to experiment with ECO + next and let you guys know.

There would be no fogginess in my mind with those temps......I would be loading the UHaul, pointed South to warmer climes, and towing the EQS on a trailer behind. Wow, that is cold!!

Actually, it’s more likely to fog with frigid temps. Your breath which has warm water vapor, will immediately condense in the cold windshield.

I tried it but since it was not cold outside it was warm inside the car. I did get an extra 25 miles, I also noticed that it lower the volume the radio and did a few other things to save power.

I made error (first one in years 😀
yesterday. Somehow, I mistakenly thought that there was an ECO++ on the climate control. No, there’s only comfort, ECO, and ECO+. At about noon today (10 degrees outside) I switched to ECO instead of ECO+. The range dropped by about 15-20 miles. The comfort setting drops it a lot more.
