If I understand you correctly, you want the AMG grille in place of the none amg grille. It looks like the bumper has to be removed. I would confirm that will the posters in those threads. If you can search for a certified MB collision shop in your town, ask them for a quote on replacing the grille. Basic on the hours of labor quoted, you can extrapolate if the bumper needs to be removed. What is important is that the quoter actually knows what he/she is talking about.
