I Would say try the finest clay bar (blue) and find hidden area for test like maybe door jambs or under trunk or hood.
Or maybe contact that company I linked to and see how their LIQUID clay would do removing paint and would it harm finish.

Just makes sure it is washed and you do this inside a garage, so no pollen or dust falls on it while you are doing this.

Heck I would hose blow and then hose out garage floor before bringing car in so you do not cause dust to kick up in air and fall on paint .

Dust can be very abrasive and that is how you make Matte paint shiny, rubbing it.

Sorry to hear about the paint overspray! You’re right to avoid using a razor blade on your paint, while it’s great for glass it can damage the clear coat. A clay bar is definitely a good next step and can be effective in removing light overspray without harming the paint. If the clay bar doesn’t work, you can try a mild polish with a microfiber cloth. Just be cautious with paint thinners or nail polish remover as they can cause more harm than good. If the damage is too extensive, heading to a professional detailer might be your best bet. Most came off with a clay bar. The plastics did not fare so well. I sued the Orlando Airport Authority and they settled for the full amount to replace the plastic pieces on the car……about $7,000.
