Adaptors like this might work someday, but only once Mercedes-Benz completes a deal with Tesla to allow Mercedes-Benz EVs to use Tesla's superchargers.
For now you can only charge EQSs at (the relatively few) Tesla superchargers that have the 'Magic Dock' - i.e., with a built-in CCS plug. For that, you don't need an adaptor (but will need to use the Tesla smartphone app).
