split folding rear seats/EQS 580
I just took delivery of a 2024 EQS 580 and can't figure out how to lower the rear seats to create more cargo space (when needed). My 2022 EQS had release levers at the edge of the top of the seat but the new model does not have them there.
The new car is equipped with:
223 power rear seats
437 comfort rear headrests
PAS Rear Seat Package
DB7 Rear Seat Entertainment Package (452 including chauffeur package rear, PAT rear seat package plus, PAW rear seat comfort package plus)
P43 Rear Seat comfort Package
Did any of these features cause the ability to fold down one or both of the rear seats to go away? Or is there just a new way to do it compared to the 2022 models? I looked in the manual, but couldn't find anything.

2024 EQE 500
On my EQE sedan, I believe the buttons for the seats are on the trunk lid left side, opposite of the trunk open/close/lock buttons. The EQS being a hatch, unsure if that's a possibility.

Just so you know you can open the trunk through the mbux screen. When you put the car in park in an area that it knows that you are in a parking lot or your home, the button shows up in the screen. I have never understood ehy it simply doesn't show up somewhere in the menus....

nothing there either; I have to assume that the seats don't fold down--probably because of the rear seat package that includes the massagers and recline. (Something I didn't really need since i'm always driving, but when one purchases off of the lot.....)

I have Massage and recline in the rear seats and my switch is in the trunk.
