USAA Extended Warranty
Any input (positive or negative) on the USAA ELW through Assurant? I'm looking to purchase this for my 2016 AMG GTS since all of the quotes from MB dealers have been ridiculously overpriced.
They have several plans, but, I'm looking at the comprehensive plan (72 months/100kmiles) for $3909.

Likely by now you have resolved this issue but in mid July 2017 I bought that exact extended warranty from USAA (Asurant).
My car is a low milage 2012 C350 coupe 30,320 miles. It had been a CPO car but I was told because it was affected by the Takata Recall and because it had a birthday (5 years old at time of sale) they would not sell it as a CPO car. Though it still retains all the CPO stickers.
I bought the $1,999 2 year 24,000 extended warranty from USAA. (Best insurance company ever) and glad I did.
Looking over the policy there is no deductible and it looks like it covers all the big expensive items. Should an issue arise it says take it to a licensed mechanic, not sure if the dealer would take this insurance but I will cross that bridge if the problem arises.
In essence, I am glad I bought the insurance. Hope I never need it, but if the engine explodes I'll likely be covered.
