In new to this. So my question might sound stupid. I have a 2010 e550 with distronic. How would I swap to this and keep the distronic?

No worries. I wondered the same thing when I changed grilles. All you have to do is remove the original grille and install the new one. That's it. I've included the directions from 55Tech, with the grille. It's super simple to do. I think it took me 20 minutes from start to finish.
