Burmaster tweeter upgrade

Hello
In my E class w213 facelift i have Burmaster system code 810 Burmester� surround sound system
I want to upgrade the tweeter on the door to put 3d Burmaster tweeter, not Chinese but the original.
I want to ask it will fit to my car, need programming?

Mystery Coolant loss - check this

So recently I switched from a 18 E400 to a 2021 E53.
I started to get coolant low messages in the morning, at the 60k service they changed the coolant so I thought maybe some trapped air was coming through the system. Topped off the coolant bottle 2-3 times and start to think something is leaking...but I never see any coolant nor any signs of dried coolant around the reservoir or anywhere else under the engine cover.
Decided it was time to go to the dealer...after $300 they found that the heat exchanger for the heated washer reservoir was leaking and filling the washer reservoir lol. I kind of feel that since most washer fluid has anti-freeze additives that the system is a bit redundant but whatever. It never crossed my mind that the coolant was being pumped into the washer reservoir!

$1000 for the new washer reservoir and heat exchanger.

I was worried it was something more serious like a head gasket, but in some ways I�m happy about this fix.

2017 e220d S213 - Brakes & Pads - All round replacement

Hi all,
Got the wear indicator on the rear pads, but I want to change discs and pads all round (at 76k KM, I know there's a slight warp in the discs).

My local indie (friend) will do the work for me and he doesn't use cheap parts, BUT, i'd like a recommendation for high quality discs and pads (all round) for the car.

Please throw your recommendations my way!

PS. I'll also need to get a replacement rear pad wear sensor - I presume these don't need to be genuine Mercedes? Will the car pick-up the new sensor automatically when fitted, or does fault code (if you could call it that) need to be cleared?

I also watched YouTube videos previously about changing the rear pads - that they have to be 'released' from options on the steering rack.... presume this is nothing special and relates to the electric handbrake?

M256 Inline 6 Spark Plug Replacment

I have a while before it is time (50K) to replace the spark plugs. I have change the plugs on my wife�s 2019 E450 with V6 and was hoping the inline 6 would be easier. However, looking at the engine compartment it would appear to be significantly more difficult. Has anyone done so and/or have the instruction sheet to do so.

High pitched squeal

Hi, I�ve got a c238 e class coupe 2018 and on the same bit of road nearly everyday I get this high pitched squeal which sounds like it�s from the drivers side it�s when I�m slightly turning and sometimes it will do it in a straight line but always on the same bit of road and when I touch the brakes it stops, I�ve changed the discs and pads and the lower arms but it still does it, anyone else had this issue.? Thanks

e450 All Terrain vs?

E-class folks, I think I have gotten what I wanted out of my G63: https://mbworld.org/forums/g-class-w...sh-thread.html (someone will get a well sorted G wagon) and I'm looking to scratch a euro wagon itch. Something that is better for 9+ hour road trips and easier to load my 90lb golden into. I'm seriously considering a 2022/2023 E450 wagon. For anyone who has lived with one for a while what things do you like or don't like?

Hi all,

Have had my wagon for a year now and want to make it feel sportier. Apologies but very new to the car game and completly new to the modification game. I am looking online and seems like the main things to add is blowoff valve, exhaust and a tune.

Any recommendations? I see renntech vs eurocharged for tunes.

Really appreciate any advice!

Work Shop code: D1E? With A1 Service Code

When going to the Workshop menu, to check what my next services is (A1) it shows the workshop code of D1E. A search indicated that The D is for how long the service takes as in 4Hr, which seem high for Oil and Filter (perform myself so should take 45min) but if so what is the 1E mean. I am obviouls missing something. The car is my wife�s 2019 E450 Wagon.

Window Reset - won't close all the way

My drivers window (2019 E400) needs some sort of a reset. When I go to close it in either one touch or manual (incremental) modes, once it reaches the very top it then drops down 2 or 3 inches and stops. I've tried the various "fixes" I found online about holding the button for 10 seconds with the window all the way open and then the same with it all the way closed - except I can't get it all the way closed to do step two. Any ideas? Perhaps a link to instructions or a video that actually worked? FYI - This cropped up suddenly - without me disconnecting or charging the battery which I understand can trigger window closing issues.
