Hello, I did see your post.
All I can say is what others have already said.... you will need complete original G63 exhaust or at least original G63 mufflers.
When I purchased my G63 parts, I purchased complete exhaust from headers. It included downpipes and mufflers. Flanges on the G63 downpipes did not work with G500 headers so i had to cut the flanges off and weld them on to original G500 flanges.

With everything installed, my G500 does sound like G63, I love it! ))

I wish you best of luck, I hope you find the sound you are looking for.

and isn't adding headers and downpipes going to make the car super crazy loud? unlike the g63, which has a deep quiet rumbling sound?

Customer headers might make it a bit louder. I might do custom headers sometime in the future (maybe), but with the current setup it sounds like a G63.

I'm looking towards the replica g63 exhaust from china, the headers, and downpipes.

Not sure how much it will cost you, depends where you get them. I bought mine with the rest of the parts.
Mine has G63 cats so Im not sure how it will sound without G63 cats.

oh ok. to be honest, i think if you really want the exact g63 sound with your current setup, all you need is a engine tune up.

Not really sure what you mean by your last comment when you say engine tune up...

I have a stock G500 engine with full G63 exhaust and it sound exactly like G63

yes, your setup is perfect. but other people told me the engine is not the same, therefore somehow producing different horsepower and air flow

Thank you !
The plan for the interior is to update the dash with 2012 parts, hydro dip wood trim, install black carpet and reupholster entire interior in leather. Dash, door panels, wrap all plastic trim in leather. Basically similar to what Brabus does to their interiors. ))

Today I started by wanting to take care of couple of small rust spots on the floor, but then decided to refinish and put a fresh coat of paint on the entire floor just to make it look uniform and fresh

Looking good. One step at a time. Just because you won't be able to see it when finished doesn't make it unimportant.
