We almost always purchase from Beverly Hills MBZ and sometimes Keyes, but we usually service at Mercedes-Benz of Encino. They come to you for an A Service. Same price as going to the dealership, they accept MBZ coupons and offers, no driving to the dealer, waiting, getting a loaner....just have it done in the comfort of your home. They said though, this CANNOT be done on 2019+ G-Class, as the oil filter is no longer easily accessible...so yay 2018 and older G :) |
Very nice, great service indeed. That's the way to create and maintain loyalty. Hope it catches on.

No extra, same pricing at the dealer. Service A.
I paid $1600 for a 60k Mile A-9 service it was very comprehensive. I used Mercedes Benz of South Bay in Torrance. Im not sure if some of these dealers are actually going by the dealers reccommended service when they only charge $600-$900. https://www.mercedesbenzraleigh.com/...intervals.html Mercedes Benz of South Bay fixed my sprinter for 1600 and Keyes wanted 3000k for the same work. I don't trust Keyes. |
When I had my A Service, I believe I had about 8k miles. Bought my 2018 G63 new, June 2018. So June 2019 A was done due to being one year. I believe an A Service at most MBZ dealers is around $250.00. That is what we paid for out other 2018 G63 (yeah, we have two :) A Service is not expensive!
Keyes is fine for buying if you have a good sales guy (their selection is hard to beat). I hate Keyes Service, and Calabasas Mercedes is worse!!! We usually only service at Encino Mercedes or Silver Star in Thousand Oaks. |
