If anyone wants a LeTech rack I can source them. Send me a PM with your zip code and I will get pricing for you. Looks great on your trucks @Ersatzs2 and @vadermerc !

Does anyone have any shots of the roof rack loaded with items? It looks to be a great utility value, but are most use cases for the roof rack, outside of overlanding, mounting kayaks, and surfboards of the like? I wanted to get inspired by what most use it for on a more casual and daily basis.

I swapped my G550 for a G63, but kept the rack, the dealer did the removal / install. It looks much better on a dark truck. Yes I saw the rack is now standard on the 4x4 squared. |

Best fasteners to use with this rack is the C-channel fastener like those sold by McMasterCarr.
https://www.mcmaster.com/strut-channel-fasteners/ I had the SWB version of this rack on my 1997 G300td. https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mbw...4ed50058b3.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mbw...bbfef6986.jpeg https://cimg9.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.mbw...9cda34c55.jpeg |
Just added the LeTech Wind Deflector and 2 Vision 4.7 Multi LED Floods plus 2x Vision 4.7 spots. I think it looks pretty cool even with the covers on.

Looks great on yours, vadermerc.

Same Question here. I've yet to see any pics of loaded up racks. I personally am looking to mount one or two space carriers (Thule/Yakima) and wondering how I'd be able to do it.

Ghobi is a great alternative plenty of ways to mount to it.

Here is a pic with a tent on top. The way you attach things is with eyebolts that attach to t-nuts. You can use the C rails on top - they are 3 spaced about 25 or so inches apart. Also there are attachments points on the side for more. Finally, the tubes that run around the perimeter are really easy to put rachet straps or bungees on in any configuration. Basically it's a really flexible system. I've been able to load up with storage boxes, tent and wavian gas tanks. I then mount more on the side rails (shovel etc.)

I would love a link to those T-nuts. my post #19 shows hardware I got at McMaster Carr but the T-nuts they sell were not exactly right (SAE vs. Metric I think)

No because I already have the factory roof rack on my 4X4 Squared. I'm trying to find out how to mount space carriers and bike racks to the roof rack.
