Can anyone ID this device

I don't know where the ODBII port is on a G-Wagon, but this looks like it goes into the transmission tunnel to the right of the driver's knee, so I don't think it's a code scanner. All photos on the dealer site are out of focus, but it's sitting in the coin tray.

The 3 buttons are +, SET, -, which makes me think it's one of those throttle pedal control unit things. I did a quick search on the web but didn't find the exact remote.
Could also be a trailer brake control module but nothing in a quick search either.
Truck looks great. When you going to look at it?

It's supposed to allow you to increase your throttle response. Not a big believer myself. Yes, the G throttle is laggy at times but you get used to it.
The OBD II port is on the left of the steering wheel, right near the hood release.

The truck sold so I didn't get to check it out. I did some searching and indeed it's a throrrtle controller that then got me into looking into more about the response and coming from the LandRover world.... the old ones, I don't think I will have any issue w response

The search continues.
Thanks gents
