Personally the carbon fiber steering wheel is a must and very much love it.
I then went with piano black for everything else because it MATCHES the piano black that already comes on ALL the doors ( whether you get CF or not). See pics above. Also matches the black on the center console mouse pad. Looks awesome when clean. Trick is to PPF over the piano black and then it is easy to clean without scratching.

I've been looking for for the OEM weave to replace all the piano black parts on the interior that are not CF. All of those parts would look better with a proper CF weave. Still haven't seen anything although TopCar claims to be selling these parts.

At present, those parts are not offered in CF. The CF Trim package leaves several interior items as piano black. Specifically the trim on the doors by the seat controls and the trim above the storage compartment with the analog clock.

Just my two cents, if you are getting carbon aftermarket make sure it matches the OEM. I just ordered some CF for my older W463 and it was advertised as the Edition 1 red carbon that matches the CF on the 2019. I got it and hate it, it's too dark and the red carbon threads sparkle in the light ugh, there goes 3K Looks like your photo shows pretty dark carbon>?
