2014 G63 BT Streaming
Anyone know why I can connect the phone but not the Audio? Also the PIN connector doesn’t work either. Is it because I have the new iPhone 12 or does my car not have it? Thanks and sorry if this has been asked before.

No more MB:(
There is a specific cable you need to get that will enable media/audio play. Otherwise all you can basically do is charge your phone. I had to use something like this on my 2015 SL. Not sure if your issue is the same but this is the cable I needed to use.

I also have a 2104 and both work for me. Assuming you phone is already paired for HF phone calls, check under the "Music" menu for "BT Audio". Select that and then start the music player on your iPhone. Let it play for a while - at least several minutes - so that the BT streaming profile can pair with the head unit. Be sure the volume is all the way up on your phone.
If you don't have BT Audio in the Music menu, music streaming may need to be enabled via the hidden engineering menu in the COMAND head unit.
As for the UHI cable, there are several different versions that look identical, but only the correct one will work. Have a dealer find you the correct P/N for your truck. I have the old style 30 pin version so I was able to find one of the genuine Apple lighting to 30 pin adapters (do not buy the cheap eBay ones as they won't work) in order to use it with my newer Apple crap. Also, In Settings, go to Face ID & Passcode or Touch ID & Passcode, and turn on USB Accessories under Allow Access When Locked.

The cable doesnt work for streaming like spotify. Only for media thats saved on your phone through itunes. Fortunately the BT works and works well.
+1 with FloobyDust. Check if your audio is set to BT

One key thing I forgot to mention is to open Settings, Bluetooth and leave it open while the player is playing. This puts the Apple Bluetooth stack in "Discovery" mode for pairing. Sorry for the oversight.
