2010 G55 Rear Main Seal
Sending the G55 to get rear main seal replaced. It's been slowly leaking. I have 128k miles and it's about that time.
Anything else I should do while the tranny is out? I've seen just the seal replaced, and some also replace the plate as well? Any insight on that?
I'm thinking I should also do my motor mounts as well. one side of the engine is slightly higher than the other. What are people's take on motor mounts? Should I also replace the tranny mount while it's off?

The engine tilt of the M113K in a G55 is normal. The driver side sits higher than the passenger side (left hand drive vehicle). Still a good idea to check the engine, transfer case and transmission mounts. If collapsed or cracked, they are due for replacement.
