Grapplers aren't 3PSF rated, but this doesn't necessarily mean they won't traction well in snow as long as they have at least half their tread depth remaining. Oh well - at least the tow truck driver will complement their looks after he yanks you out of the ditch (lol).
Reviews on Nitto's website don't depart from most other tires. About 75% give them 4-5 star ratings, while 25% complain about noise, traction and tread-wear. Tires perform differently given size, vehicle, use and driving style, so all you can do is a bit of upfront research and then drive 20K miles to find out if you made the right choice.

those do look pretty cool. Has anybody dropped down to a smaller rim size to put real off road tires on? Would really be curious to see a new 63 with a decent off road setup, like 18 inch beadlocks

I know I am picking up an older thread here, but just wanted to see how these ties have held up for you and if you were happy in any snow conditions (Although I know there has been super minimal snow for NJ). I'm trading in a G550 for a 2024 G63 and went with the same wheels, but need a tire that I can comfortably drive to mountain in VT and NH.
Thank you in advance.

Good question not sure. It's been a few years but I believe I just ran the same pressures as OEM - 38 or so in the front and 35 in the rear (the light passenger recommendations as it's usually just me).
