Faint brake vibration at high speeds

Anyone experience faint Brake vibration when braking at speeds greater than 65mph?

2019 G63 and I’m at 18K miles mark now, haven’t changed pads yet but last service few weeks ago it was shown as all good.

So far at 8K miles, all good. I did have new front pads installed per the bulletin at about 4K miles.

If you have a vibration, it’s not the pads, you have warped rotors. I don’t know if you can have them machined on a G 63, or they have to be replaced. You might see if your dealership will replace them under warranty, or they might call it a wear item. It’s worth asking for new rotors.

Man that'd be great to get a first brake job covered by warranty - rotors from vibration and pads from noise.

Doesn’t hurt to ask for a goodwill replacement. What’s the worst they can say, no.

Did a test drive with the shop foreman this morning.. couldn’t reproduce . I’ll have to come back again if it progressively gets worse…

They should have a carbon ceramic brake option like my GT3. The G. Produces a lot of brake dust. No dust with carbon ceramic brakes. Not surprised the rotors got hot and warped, it weighs almost 6000 pounds.
