Ordering G63 from factory??
Is it possible to bypass dealership and order directly from factory to avoid paying markup?

If this were possible, everyone would be ordering direct from the factory. Dealers would be selling none and you would be number 32,000 something with a 4+ year wait. The market is moderating a bit annd there is some on-lot inventory-- shop around, and maybe you'll find a deal (but likely still at MSRP+).

The closest thing I think one has available is placing an order with the so-called factory store, Manhatten MB; however, they are now charging ADM.

I'll throw this out there- I had a customer choose not to take delivery of theirs on Saturday so I have one available. There is an ADM but on the lower side.

I don't see why not. It was not my customer but it was a cash purchase for $50k above the $196,485 MSRP to a local buyer.
