AMG has actually recently produced a handful of G65 Bi-turbo's for select customers. I've seen one in the UAE (again in white) which belongs to the person who owns my apartment building...pic below (the one on the left is a G65 and the one on the right is a G55k, he also has a black G55 Kompressor with Brabus styling kit):

My god that is so beautiful!!!

FYI : G55 has 13.8" front and 13" rear rotors

Not sure of the validity of your claim about the rotors on the vehicle in question - but I can tell you this: you don't get the uprated rotors unless they are ordered and paid for as an additional mod in my experience.

all AMG's come with AMG rotors that tend to be big. If they are going to load an engine with that much power into a car they tend to give you breaks that can stop it from a high speed as well.

G63's are known to exist as special order models. but this one still seems off.

JimmyG care to chime in as you own a G55. What do you think about the question regarding rotors?

2013 G 63 AMG
AMG only began offering the improved braking system with larger front and rear disc brakes as of the 2005 model year. The G63 was based on the 2004 G-Class. My 2004 G55 has the same brake setup as the current G500.

Nice Ride. Wheels look pretty hot as well - but no offroading with those
Can't see why you would want to take such a beautiful car off road any way
