What exactly is "Euro spec" HID's
What exactly is "Euro spec" Bi-Xenon? Is there an actual difference then lets say a MB with stock xenon hid that is sold in U.S.? I am thinking not but? Can anyone clarify ?

I can get either for the same price, which should I go with, anyone have thoughts ? pros and cons.

I Have EURO Spec Active Bi Xenons on the W211 and they are a LOT better than the USA Spec Xenons...
The Light cut off pattern is better...A LOT Better
Go For the ACTIVE EURO BiXenon Headlights...MBENZNL.com has them

Just make sure it meets the local and state law. Here in VA, we have to get our vehicle inspected yearly for safety (every two years for emission). One of the critiria is the state inspector would line the headlights up with some sort of machine to see if the lights meet the rule, tinting law etc.
