Sirius ain't serious. MBrace too - Lost my traffic
Sirius turned off my Traffic and now can't turn it on.
I spent over an hour on FIVE different phone calls to Sirius today asking why they turned off Traffic after over 2 years. They told me I never had Traffic, my radio was not capable of receiving Traffic , and they would not assist me further except to instruct me to call MBrace or my dealer. MBrace told me THREE times to call Sirius. I finally found someone at MBrace who actually treated me like a customer. They said they'd call me tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it.
This must be happening to others. Any tips so I can tell these wonderful people how to do their job and sell me their product?
MBrace and Sirius don;t seem to be Mercedes quality or attention to detail.
