Anybody buy a CarMax warranty recently and have to use it?

I've found several older threads where people seem to swear by the CarMax "MaxCare" warranty program and how it has paid for thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs for their MB. This seems in stark contrast to the general reviews I've found online about the program where people seem to hate it and have trouble getting anything covered.

Has anybody purchased MaxCare recently for their MB and had to use it? I'm debating on adding it to a car but I'm concerned if the ~$2000 really is worth it or if I'll still end up having to pay out of pocket for most repairs.

On the CarMax website it has the following information:
"CarMax utilizes several administrators for MaxCare extended service plans ("MaxCare"), including Consumer Program Administrators, Inc., Automotive Warranty Services of Florida, Inc. (Florida License No. 60023), Motor Warranty Services of North America and CNA National Warranty Corporation, Inc. "

It seems that most of the good reviews I've seen on here are for warranties that are serviced by CNA. I'm in Florida and suspect that if I purchase one it will be serviced by "Automotive Warranty Services of Florida".

Anybody have recent experience with MaxCare, or, even better, recent experience with MaxCare in Florida?

Did you ever get the CNA warranty? Anyone else?

I had good run for about five years with my 2009 GL 320, I hated co-pay $250 every time I turn over @ RBM of Atlanta but that was it. Until now when my AC compressor blow out and maxcare cover all the parts + 18.1 hours of labor... The big problem starts that RBM wants 35 hour of labor and the different of $2500 is on me! All job by RBM is quoted for $8500 - maxcare can cover almost $6000 and I don't know what to do?!

I had one on my wife's former SL55 and it covered almost 75% of a 10k repair bill, so I was satisfied with their program.
