Alternative / Equivalent Part Number: A 211 267 5824 Gear Selector Module
HI,
I have a faulty Gear Selector Module on my W211 (2002)
This was confirmed by a garage using Star Diagnostics
The paperwork from the Garage quotes replacement Part Number: A 211 267 5824.
Can anyone advise if it has to be this exact part number or are there equivalents that can also be used.
I am looking to source a second hand replacement and finding it a bit tricky.

I think you may wanna match it, just to make sure you dont want any future problems with your car. If you buy OEM and something happens (which i assume wont) then you'll be covered by the part warranty and the installation cost
