Pardon my ignorance, but what are these CD's for? I am puzzled by the "navi" in the title.

However there seems to be some confusion about the torrent itself as the torrent appears to be a three CD set from alldata, which is service info and not NAV cd's. It also appears that another application is needed to use these CD's as there is no application on the images.
