Voice Control
I have not seen any comments regarding the "voice control" feature. I use it all the time in the S and hoping it is as responsive in the GL. Any comments...good or bad?

No comment from me. I didn't get it. Both my 6 and 7 have it and I seldom ever use it. I can live without it.

Don't have it......didn't want it......had it on Grand Cherokee, Corvette and have it on Prius......find that it does not work as well as I wold like and therefore did not order it. Works well on the S ? That's good to hear.....maybe MB has done a better job with it than some of the other manufacturers!

NJ, as you say, I'm sure your S is somewhat more feature-laden than the GL, but I've been happy with it-it could respond a little faster, but overall the system is very effective. I've done the voice control training, which did address the fact that the system wasn't recognizing my "southern accent" for some #'s....now works like a charm.
