2009 GL550....about to commit...but....
Hey folks, I've been lurking the GL area for some time and I think I'm ready to go for a 2009 GL550. I currently have a 2007 ML350 lease but yesterday I got a call from my saleman and they are offering to eat the last 5 months of my lease if I get a new car before the end of the month. They'll also cover all lease-end disposition fees....they must really be desparate to move cars.
So, we are seriously considering a 2009 GL550 (we were looking at a ML63 AMG but too small). I'm going in tomorrow to hopefully close a deal and I'm wondering what type of price people were seeing. They have a demo model (never registered) with 3500 miles and loaded...on the phone he offered it for $72k...I'm sure I could talk him down to $70k or less....but I may also want a brand new one....whats a great deal these days? Lease rates arent very good so I may purchase.
