Another Vegas Micro-Meet
 

Last week I took a trip up to Vegas to meet some friends visiting from the U.K. While there, I decided to look up and hook up with Nevada Jack, one of the venerable pillars of the MBWorld.org forums and a man of incomparable experiences and wisdom. (And he sings well, too!)

We had a lovely lunch at the "M" casino, in south Las Vegas (well, actually Henderson) and discussed everything from Mercedes to Mercedes GLs to Mercedes SLs and Mercedes C-class. I couldn't believe the range of topics we had in common!

Please see attached photo, taken with such excellent timing I caught him blinking. (I wish I'd looked at it closer when I took it, darn it!)

Enjoyed the lunch with you and Barbra also. Something about GL owners or ex GL owners that make for good conversation and enjoyable times.

Thank you again for lunch, by the way. My wife was duly impressed that none of the folks I've met on the Internet appear to be in any way crazed axe murderers. I didn't mention the chainsaw, though ... :D
