2007 GL450 2005 C55 2002 C32 sold 2001 ML320 sold
Service 6 and service 15.
I did a few searches after checking my service manual, and do not seem to be able to find any information on what a service 6 or Service 15 may be for a GL450. In the manual it indicates these services are are "not applicable."
Does anyone know where i can find information on these, or know why they may be listed under service items in the menu if they are not applicable?
The other services listed under the items menu (2 checks,3 Oil,4 brake fluid) are expected, but no info on the above 2.
I have always done the standard (simpler) maintenance items myself simply because i know exactly what i am putting in the car, and because the 2 dealships near me have questionable service departments in my experience.

Look in the back of your Maintenance Booklet. You've find an explaination of all the services there.

That was the first thing i did as mentioned in my original post, and it says Service 6 - Not Applicable, and the same with service 15?
There is no other description of these services that i could find. I'm wondering if these services may apply to other vechicles but the FSS system is the same for all MbZ.

Your post said "Service Manual", so I incorrectly assumed you were referencing the booklet labelled 'Service and Warranty Information...', hence my comment on the Maintenance Booklet, but now that you've peaked my interest I went and grabbed my books and I see exactly what you mean... the Maintenance Booklet is of no help... it just says Not Applicable.

If i don't find out before Thursday, i will ask the at MB service desk as i have to go in for an issue with my tailgate not opening.
