Looking for a dealer to deal on a GL350

Moving to the Houston area and willing to have one shipped. The MB of SF salesperson said they will only sell vehicles that will be registered in the Bay area. While Texas feels a little foreign, it is still in the US, it will not be exported.

If anyone has any closer leads on dealers offering the 10-11% off MSRP, I'd appreciate it, I'm not a full USAA member, am Costco, AAA, and BMW. Hoping to get close enough to used prices to justify new https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif

Thanks for any help

As for the hesitation of the dealer, you can blame the onslaught of fake companies buying GLs and most other mid and full size european SUVs and then sending them to China and other points over the world... my management here is very hesitant on out of state deals for this very issue. Its a HUGE fine to the dealership and with the margins getting tighter any hit to the bottom line hurts that much more. As for the pricing there is some conquest money in there but its up to you to hash your own deal out, USAA has some great incentives and if you can become a member I would highly encourage it.
