To each his own, but just took delivery of a GL 450 with most options, steel gray, black interior. (But I liked the ash interior also!) First ordered a weathertech liner for behind the second row, fits great. Using the winter MB floormats, here in New England they are most practical. Lost the cargo cover quickly, and bought the plastic covers to cover the indentation where they mount. And am uninstalling the running boards, I am tall and am tired of rubbing my leg. Passengers can get in easy, it's not that high, and I don't use the roof. It's about $500 to replace the panels for parts, and about $200 in labor if done at dealership. Also tinted 35% the front windows, because that's the legal limit in MA. This board has been very helpful, great to read all the posts, thanks!!
