They are covers for the fronts of the "rails" under the third row seats. I think. If memory serves me right.

That's exactly where they go. They cover the bolts that are holding the seats.

Good eye alx!

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic cover below the cushion and above the small covers the OP is talking about? My kids keep losing stuff under the seat and I can't gain access.
